Using Mezuro

Mezuro is provided by Aplogon, an independent app developer based in Sri Lanka. It offers construction calculators that estimate the materials for concrete, masonry, walls, floors, roofs, landscaping and wood framing, a list of what to buy with your own prices, and projects you can share as estimates. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use Mezuro.

Results are estimates

Mezuro works out quantities from the measurements you enter, with the formulas and typical figures it shows under How It's Worked Out on every calculator (for example bag yields, densities and coverage rates). Its results are estimates for planning and pricing a job. Real jobs vary with the site, the materials, cutting, breakage and how the work is done, so check quantities with your supplier before you buy, and add a sensible allowance for waste.

Mezuro is not engineering, structural or architectural advice, does not check anything against a building code or standard, and does not certify or approve any design. For footings, foundations, reinforcement, roofs, stairs, retaining walls and anything else that carries a load or affects safety, follow your local building rules and ask a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use Mezuro's results.

Prices in Mezuro are the ones you enter. Mezuro does not know or suggest market prices, and an estimate you share is your own estimate, not an offer or a quote from Aplogon.

Free version and Mezuro Pro

Mezuro is free to use with ads (see the Privacy Policy). The free version includes every calculator, imperial and metric units, prices and costs, up to three projects, and sharing calculations and projects as text. You can watch a short ad to share one project as a PDF estimate.
Mezuro Pro removes ads and adds unlimited projects, PDF estimates at any time, your business details on PDF estimates, markup and tax on estimates, and exporting your projects as a CSV file.
Mezuro Pro is offered through Google Play as a one-time purchase, which you pay for once and which never renews, and as a monthly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and payment is charged to your Google Play account.
The monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it in Google Play; Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
Pro unlocks on any device signed in to the same Google account (use Settings › Restore Purchases). The one-time purchase stays active for as long as Mezuro is offered on Google Play.
If a purchase is refunded or a subscription ends, Pro features switch off and the free limits apply again. Your projects stay on your device.
Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.

Your data

Your projects, prices, business details and settings stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We never have a copy, so we cannot recover lost projects for you, and a project you delete cannot be brought back in Mezuro. After you uninstall Mezuro, your data comes back only if Android restores it from your own Google account backup when you reinstall. Mezuro Pro can export your projects as a file so you can keep your own copy. Only add client details to a project that you have the right to keep.

The app's content

Mezuro's design, texts and icon are Aplogon's own work. The formulas it uses are standard ones, and the typical figures it shows under How It's Worked Out come from published product data and trade references; Mezuro is not connected to or endorsed by any manufacturer, trade body or standards organisation. Mezuro uses the Inter typeface under the SIL Open Font License; the licences of the software it uses are listed in Settings › Open-Source Licences.

Liability

Mezuro is provided “as is”. We work hard to make every calculation correct, but we can't guarantee that every result, figure or feature is right for your job, your materials or your phone. To the extent the law allows, Aplogon is not liable for materials bought, work done or decisions made on the basis of a result or an estimate, for lost data, or for losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
