Terms of Use

Intuo: Tarot Card Reading · Aplogon · Effective 15 October 2026

Using Intuo

Intuo is provided by Aplogon, an independent app developer based in Sri Lanka. It lets you draw tarot cards, read their traditional meanings and keep a journal of your readings. By using the app you agree to these terms.

For reflection and entertainment

Tarot in Intuo is for reflection and entertainment only. The cards are shuffled at random on your phone, and the meanings are general prompts for thinking, not statements about you or your future. Intuo cannot predict events, and nothing in it is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please don't make important decisions based on a reading, and talk to a qualified professional about health, legal, money or safety matters. You must be at least 13 years old to use Intuo.

Your data

Your readings and notes stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We never have a copy, so we cannot recover a lost journal for you. Intuo Pro includes backup, restore and export so you can keep your own copy; deleting readings or uninstalling Intuo cannot be undone.

The card artwork

The card pictures are scans of the original 1909 tarot deck illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith, which is in the public domain. The card meanings, the app's design, its card backs and its icon are Aplogon's own work. Intuo is not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher of tarot decks.

Liability

Intuo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Aplogon is not liable for decisions you make after a reading, for lost data, or for losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Contact: apexfordinith@gmail.com.
